Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that our team works hard to get your order ready, but processing time may vary depending on product availability, holidays, or unexpected delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination. We offer the following shipping options:

Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Theia's Elements is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend ensuring that the shipping address provided is secure and that you can track the package.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@theiaselements.com with the following:

We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary for these types of addresses.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Theia's Elements is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Shipping Holidays
We do not ship on national holidays or weekends. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
